1. What is cards.uni-sofia.bg?

cards.uni-sofia.bg is a system with which students/staff from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski can request cards, with which to gain access to different parts from the University, access to Univerity's libraries, and etc. From 2021/2022 students/staff can use their cards for identification in European universities. (for those interested from Erasmus+)

3. I've made a card request, now what?

Before printing your card, your request is checked from an employee, who checks if: Your image is appropriate. If you paid by choosing a bank - if the added payment order has a good quality. If some of the conditions above is not fulfilled, then you will receive a message, which will inform you about the occurred problem. If all conditions above are met, then you will receive an email that everything with your request is fine.

4. How to change a photo of a request, which I've made?

From Menu, choose My cards, after which Actions at the chosen request and Change photo.

5. How to add/change a payment order for a card request?

From Menu, choose My cards, after that from Actions at the chosen request, choose Add/Change payment order.

6. Can I delete a request?

Yes, only when you the payment is not finished. From Menu, go to My cards, after that from Actions at the cosen request, choose Delete request.

7. The information in my profile doesn't contain the recent information about my current education year/semester. Is that a problem?

No, it's not a problem. The information about your current education year/semester is not printed on the card.

8. I can't request a card. I am constantly turned back to the update a form? Why?

There are couple of reason:
1. The entered password is wrong.
2. You are not currently enrolled student.
3. There is some problem with the system. Wait couple of minutes and try again.

9. I have an ISIC card, and I want to update it, but there is no option for this and when I request a new card, I see only price for creating a new one. What should I do?

From 2021/2022 your card can be used for identification in various European universities.

10. Can I change a way of payment?

Yes, only when the payment is not finalized. The period in which you can change a way of payment is 15 minutes.

I've changed my photo a lot of times, but I receive a message for problematic image again? What should I do?

12. Are there students, who don't pay for a card?

No, there are no students who are free from payment.

13. What different statuses means, and what I am suppose to do?

There are couple of statuses, in which you need to take action. Those are:
1. Problematical image - your image is not appropriate, and you need to replace it with a new one.
2. Problematical payment order - your payment order, doesn't provide enough information/or can not be read. You need to add a new one.
3. Completed - you can get your card from your Faculty's library.

In all other cases the status means:
1. Approved - your information, image, payment order was seen from an employee, and is accepted.
2. Send for print - your card was send for print.
3. Exported for library - your information is send to the library of your Faculty.

14. From where I can get an ISIC card number? (in order to use the ISIC app)

If the status of your card is Exported to library/Completed, you can see the number of your card in the page of the same.
